What are the size, dimensions, and print quality of your flags?

All of our flags are 3x5 feet and are printed on lightweight polyester and have 4 metal grommets in each corner for hanging. Our printers produce vivid colors and crisp lines, giving you an awesome centerpiece for any space.

Does Frat Flags offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free international shipping on any order size, big or small.

How do I order a custom flag?

Getting your own custom flag with your own image has never been easier. All you have to do is:

1) Upload your own image on the "Custom Flag" product page

2) Purchase your flag

It's that simple! If you want to order multiple custom flags, upload as many images as you want & set the quantity to your liking.

Where can I track my order?

With every order, you will receive a tracking link, within a week from ordering, to follow your order. If you haven't received your tracking link within a week, send an email fratflagsbusiness@gmail.com and our staff will help you out.

Can I refund/return my flag(s)?

Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to offer a refund, return or an exchange. If you are not sure if your order has shipped, email fratflagsbusiness@gmail.com and our staff will help you out.

How often are new flags added to Frat Flags?

Every week! Keep on the lookout on our store or on our Instagram (@fratflags) for new designs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can use any payment method you prefer! We accept all credit cards, PayPal, etc.

Can I change my address for my order?

Yes! If your order has not been shipped out, you can change your shipping address. Email fratflagsbusiness@gmail.com to switch your address.
